The Warp Winding Machine developed by Dr. Mach Technology is an innovative system that enables the smooth, controlled and high-speed winding of warp yarns. Operating with full automation, this machine both increases efficiency and reduces labor requirements in production processes.
It makes the winding process uninterrupted and standard with its high-precision servo motor structure, smart tension control and automatic bobbin changing features. In addition, thanks to the operator-friendly HMI panel, users can easily make all settings, access production history and quickly apply different product recipes.
The system, which can be integrated with automatic welding and labeling units, provides continuity and traceability in production. With its Industry 4.0 compatible infrastructure, advanced data tracking and remote monitoring are also possible.
Technical Specifications
- Winding Speed: It offers high production performance with a maximum winding capacity of 500 meters per minute.
- Number of Servo Motors: A total of 10 servo motors provide high precision and synchronized control.
- Coil Size Range - Width: 70 mm – 100 mm (can be expanded upon request) Diameter: Maximum 600 mm
- Automatic Bobbin Change: At the end of the winding, the system automatically detects that the bobbin is full. Two new bobbin are activated at the same time. The finished bobbin and the new bobbin ends are connected to each other with a special welding system. The winding process continues uninterrupted.
- Tension Control: Yarn tension is kept constant by the servo motor supported system. In this way, a smooth, tight and homogeneous winding is obtained.
- Labeling Unit (Optional): Labels are automatically attached to the reel.
- Welding Unit (Optional): The ends of the finished coil and the new coil are automatically welded. The winding process continues without stopping.
